\"CALCIO\"(ANSA) – 28 GIU –\u00a0L’Inter \u00e8 del Suning che ha acquisito il 68,55% delle quote. L’assemblea dei soci ha infatti ratificato il cambio di propriet\u00e0. Moratti lascia definitivamente, mentre Thohir resta presidente con il 31,05%.<\/p>\n

Il passaggio di propriet\u00e0 dell’Inter \u00e8 stato votato all’unanimit\u00e0 dall’assemblea dei soci, con un aumento di capitale di 142 milioni di euro e la sottoscrizione del 22 percento di nuove azioni. L’assemblea \u00e8 durata poco meno di un’ora. Sul palco Erick Thohir, Massimo Moratti e Nicola Volpi. La delegazione del Suning \u00e8 rimasta seduta in prima fila fino alla ratifica del cambio di propriet\u00e0. A quel punto Yang Yang, in rappresentanza dell’azienda cinese, ha preso la parola: “Il Suning lavorer\u00e0 al massimo insieme a Thohir per fare grande l’Inter.
